Three bedrooms plus loft, two and one half bathroom, pool table, card table, large brick wood burning fireplace, 3 TVs including sports and kids channels (flat screen in the living room), WiFi, 3 DVD players with a movie library of over 70 titles, iPod/iPhone/CD stereo system, and washer/dryer. Huge fenced yard with giant sequoias and eagle nesting trees. Private balconies with gorgeous views. Hot tub on the wraparound deck with a barbecue with lake and mountain views. The pool table has been recovered, deck has been re-stained and house has been repainted.
Fish from the shore or just listen to the gentle lake waves lap the shore. On the lake in a shallow cove in the Eagle Point area. Spectacular lake and mountain/ski slope views. Just a few minutes drive to the ski slopes, golf, horseback riding, sledding, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to the park and public beach. This area of the lake is very shallow this year.
Master Suite has California king bed, private bathroom, TV, DVD player, and lake views.
Mini-Master has a king bed and deck with lake views.
Bedroom three has a queen bed.
Loft has a queen sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper, TV, DVD player, and balcony.
